The Freshly Brand has undergone a few design refreshes over the past few years and struggled to find its true identity. In 2021, the Brand & Creative teams were tasked with evolving the brand strategy and positioning, resulting in an evolved Creative Expression for Freshly.

Upon aligning on an evolved brand positioning, visual principles were established. These principles were used as guidance for developing out the following Creative Expression for the Freshly Brand.
